Hello,
the BPS planning should be integrated in CRM as well. You need to set up the planning area and planning level, and assign the planning layout in CRM. Best you follow the steps mentioned in the wiki:
BPS Planning Integration - CRM - SCN Wiki
The RFC destination to BW needs to be replaced by a local destination to the CRM system.
Ideally this should work.
